To obtain a good health, people must not only consider the body physically. While a sound diet, exercise and vices prevention (e.g. smoking, use of illegal drugs and drinking) can be helpful, maintaining a positive attitude in life is also something to seek about. And to accomplish this, happiness is an essence as it fuels good mental health.
Happiness means satisfaction. It comes in small and big packages. Depending on a person’s outlook in life, happiness can be either easy or very hard to achieve. While some can still be happy even in their darkest moment, others surrender easily to life’s trials.
Stress, sufferings and worries are major reasons why people get lonely. We blame others for these but the fact is, we are really the ones responsible for being unhappy.
